The staff were really lovely and very helpful. they offered to store our bags for a few hours. This happened after we arrived back from our ha long bay trip. this occurred before we went to the airport which was very much appreciated. they arranged a car to the airport for me too.
The decor felt a little worn. The bathroom caulking looked a bit black. The cleaning wasn't the absolute best as i found a dusty closet.

The service from check-in to check-out was really good. The staff were amazingly attentive. they were polite and friendly during my entire stay. they were also helpful with local tips and managing tour pick-ups.

The hotel offered a spa. I had a fantastic massage there. i also enjoyed a nice drink on the roof with live music. the hotel arranged convenient airport transfer services. This saved a lot of stress. the hotel location was great, though the parking was expensive!

A Romantic Getaway!

The staff greeted me with such warmth, I felt immediately at home. They mapped out local amenities and offered refreshing drinks upon arrival, a sweet touch after my journey. My room offered quiet respite. I could barely hear the lively city outside. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It presented many options.
I noticed some dust in the closet. A minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience.
